If you have a business - period - you need to be sure that you have a business page set up on Facebook. Why is this important? Because of the intense amount of people (let's say, 2.41 billion) are actively using FB on a daily basis. Yes. There's a huge demographic on Facebook and to partner this with having your business page is to provide awareness to your ideal audience through Facebook Advertising (aka FB Ads). *Please note: do not try this on your own, but allow a professional to help you navigate through your audiences and settings to properly advertise to the right audience on Facebook without wasting money. Business-to-Consumer? Decide, are you business to consumer or business to business, or both? Well we have the right platforms for you. If you are B2C the ideal platforms are: \tInstagram - Great for lifestyle, food, fashion, and more. And don't get me started on Stories but it's literally the best thing since sliced bread. A great way to engage potential customers! \tSnapchat - Used for the above - including makeup and influencer-dominate. \tYouTube - You can literally use YouTube for any B2C as long as you're creating engaging, relative video content. \tTwitter - Used by many (including Mr. President), Twitter is great for any B2C in finding those tweeting about a problem you can solve. \tWhatsApp - Great for any business because you can message customers directly and provide excellent customer service to people who are actually looking to chat with you, not just locally but globally! \tPinterest - Great for really, any industry - Pinterest helps convert browsers into buyers and you can easily discover what your ideal client is looking for by browsing back into their boards and providing a solution for them. \tTikTok - The largest demographic of TikTok are ages 16 - 24. If your ideal client is within that range, do not hesitate to learn more about TikTok for business! Business-to-Business? Can someone say, LinkedIn? Yes. If you own a B2B company you must be sure you are active on LinkedIn creating connections and advertising you and your business. Let me also slip in a little something about LinkedIn (because I'm obsessed). There's a 3rd party platform called ConnectYou that allows you to organically advertise to other businesses on LinkedIn! I know organic advertising is somewhat of an oxymoron but let 👏 me 👏 tell 👏 you 👏 it is the best thing since sliced bread and Instagram stories! Now onto the rest of the platforms that are beneficial for B2B. \tInstagram - the only B2B's that really thrive on the 'gram are going to be technology-based businesses. This means digital marketing, information technology, or any type of education pertaining to DM or IT. Other than that, a paper supplier is probably not going to find much business on IG. Unless they're Dunder Mifflin 😂 - just kidding. \tYouTube - Great for providing information and advice to other businesses as a lead magnet to pull them in to your product or service. \tTwitter - Not just great for providing solutions at the touch of a keyboard or phone screen, but great for doing a little bit of competitor research as well!
